Our Mission

Henna for Humanity focuses on raising money to help groups of people who don’t have proper access to healthcare and education in India. We donate all of our funds from henna events to foundations, like AASAI, working to provide these basic needs to the underprivileged. We are very passionate towards helping those who might need some assistance to get back on their feet, and we hope you’ll join us in making thousands of lives better.

Testimonials

“Niyathi is a skilled artisan whose Henna designs have a purpose, to relieve the suffering of people in India due to COVID-19. It is inspiring to see Niyathi take action by using her talents to help others who are less fortunate. Her act of compassion is an important reminder that we all have the ability to do the same.”

— Stephanie Mckay

“Niyathi presented a wonderful Henna Workshop for 12 tweens and teens at our library. She was punctual and organized and kicked off the workshop with an overview of Henna and explained how the workshop would run. This program drew in new faces to our library, no easy feat with this age group, which really shows how excited our patrons were to learn and practice Henna. I would highly recommend working with Niyathi and Henna for Humanity!”

— Carly Moniz, Wayland Library Youth Services Librarian

“Thank you for adding so much to our event. It was wonderful to have you there. Hope we can do it again.”

— Matthew Siegal, President and Executive Director of the Lexington Arts & Crafts Society

“Vinaya is one of my students and she showed me her artwork. The henna art and experience look incredibly beautiful! I would definitely book an appointment or experience an event”

— Marissa Tarashuk

“Thank you so much for my henna design today. I have wanted one for a long time and really appreciate your work and skill. It is beautifully done!”
